Requirements

Candidates must have at least 6 years of product management experience in the technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS product industries. Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design, a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (preferably Agile/Scrum), and product development experience within healthcare technology are required. Proficiency in SQL, particularly PostgreSQL, and a solid understanding of databases, data ingestion, governance, and modeling are essential. Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, standards like HL7 and FHIR, and healthcare administrative or clinical workflows is also necessary. Knowledge of Alternative Payment Models and healthcare data sets, including claims and attribution files, is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Technical Product Manager will design technical, service, and data solutions to support Aledade's business lines by managing and creating data ingestion pipelines. They will partner with business owners to define project goals, scope, implementation, and rollout plans, acting as the interface between business stakeholders and development teams. Key duties include optimizing data pipelines and infrastructure, monitoring performance metrics, data quality, and completeness, and collaborating with internal teams and CMS to understand ACO program requirements. The role involves developing detailed user stories with clear business rationale and success criteria, and creating short- and long-term roadmaps for product delivery.
