Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a Product Backlog, including prioritization, negotiation, requirement clarification, MVP definition, and roadmap development. Proven impact in a startup, scale-up, or consulting firm is essential, along with demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and product management teams on technical concepts and trade-offs. Strong UX sensibility, passion for user-centric design, and experience managing complex problems with multiple stakeholders are required. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills are necessary, along with working proficiency in English (B2 level or equivalent).

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will own the functional and technical scope of a product squad, identifying problems, defining solutions, and managing delivery to align with the Group's vision. Responsibilities include writing feature specifications and user stories, managing the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring timely delivery of new features, and adapting solutions based on customer discoveries. The role involves becoming a subject matter expert, partnering with stakeholders, getting solutions challenged, and being accountable for the squad's performance against target KPIs and quarterly OKRs.
