As a Product Manager, you have a track record of building sophisticated products and solving customer problems, from discovery, to implementation, to delivery. You are a collaborative personality who ensures successful outcomes for our customers, while optimizing time to value and customer satisfaction. You foster a growth mindset culture and suggest ideas for continuous improvement across products and processes. You are comfortable evangelizing your strategy and roadmap to executive stakeholders and externally with customers and partners as needed.

The Product Manager (Acute and Payer) will report into the Director, Product Management.


Responsibilities

  • Own the development and evolution of Acute & Payer products, with accountability for product planning, execution, and performance.
  • Translate user needs, clinical workflows, and market requirements into clear, actionable product roadmaps and specifications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews) to drive clarity and momentum for the engineering team.
  • Drive decision-making through user feedback, data analysis, and close understanding of healthcare operational realities.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance user experience, automate workflows, and accelerate product development.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights, validate solutions, and refine product strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards while delivering intuitive, scalable product experiences.
  • Support go-to-market activities, including internal training, enablement, and customer rollout planning.

Key Strengths & Qualifications

  • Exposure to AI tools and a desire to leverage them to enhance product management practices and product capabilities.
  • Experience managing or supporting digital health products in provider, payer, or care coordination settings.
  • Deep interest in healthcare innovation and improving patient or provider outcomes through technology.
  • Familiarity with clinical or administrative healthcare workflows, including EMRs, post-acute care, or value-based care models.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical, clinical, and business teams and communicate product vision clearly.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex problems into structured product solutions.
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
