Requirements

Candidates should have experience managing or supporting digital health products in provider, payer, or care coordination settings, along with a deep interest in healthcare innovation and improving patient or provider outcomes through technology. Familiarity with clinical or administrative healthcare workflows, including EMRs, post-acute care, or value-based care models, is also required. Exposure to AI tools and a desire to leverage them to enhance product management practices and product capabilities is a key strength.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will own the development and evolution of Acute & Payer products, translating user needs and market requirements into product roadmaps and specifications. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and delivery, facilitate agile ceremonies, drive decision-making through user feedback and data analysis, identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies, engage with customers and stakeholders, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and support go-to-market activities.
