The ideal candidate will have experience managing a Product Backlog, including prioritizing, negotiating, clarifying requirements, defining MVPs, and developing roadmaps. Proven impact working in a startup, scale-up, or consulting firm is essential. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and Product Management teams on technical concepts, tradeoffs, and idea evaluation is required. A strong UX sensibility and passion for user-centric design, along with experience managing complex problems involving multiple stakeholders, are necessary. The role also requires team spirit, good communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, leadership, conflict resolution skills, and working proficiency in English (level B2 or equivalent).
The Senior Product Manager will own the functional and technical scope of a squad, identifying problems, defining solutions, and managing delivery. They will ensure their roadmap aligns with the Group's vision and will be responsible for writing feature specifications and user stories. This role involves managing the roadmap and product backlog of the squad, ensuring timely and effective delivery of new features, and attending customer discoveries to adapt solutions. The Product Manager will also become a subject matter expert for their squad's product backlog, roadmap, and user stories, partnering with other Product Managers and the Engineering Manager. They will get their solutions challenged by stakeholders, be accountable for their squad's performance against target KPIs, and be accountable for their squad's quarterly OKRs.
