Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive experience (10+ years) in product enablement, product marketing, or sales enablement within a B2B SaaS environment, along with proven leadership in managing and mentoring enablement or training teams. They should have a track record of building scalable, self-paced training programs from the ground up, coupled with strong instructional design and storytelling skills that simplify complex topics, and familiarity with Highspot or similar enablement platforms. Experience leading enablement efforts for major product launches and a deep understanding of sales motions, the buyer’s journey, and effective readiness are also required.

Responsibilities

The Product Enablement Lead will architect and lead a scalable, engaging product training program to empower go-to-market teams, collaborating closely with Product, Sales Enablement, and Marketing colleagues across time zones. They will also lead a small team of Product Trainers, ensuring customer-facing teams are informed, inspired, and equipped to deliver compelling product narratives, and manage project timelines and organizational tasks to ensure successful product launches.
