They should have a proven track record of building and scaling training programs, playbooks, and sales enablement initiatives. Strong systems thinking and detail orientation are also required.
As Sales Enablement Manager, the candidate will develop and maintain a centralized resource center with training materials, product documentation, and playbooks. They will lead regular enablement sessions, oversee the BDR program, support the rollout of tools and processes, project manage RFPs, collaborate with the sales team on sales decks and positioning, and drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. The role involves coaching sales teams, facilitating training, and ensuring consistent messaging and tactics.
