Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and ideally have 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on sales enablement. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from Salesforce and other reporting tools are essential, as is experience with creating and managing sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and demo materials. Familiarity with customer development and account management processes is also desired.
The Product Marketing Manager - Sales Enablement will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-impact sales collateral, crafting clear messaging for different buyer personas, prioritizing sales enablement needs with marketing and revenue leaders, setting a high standard for content quality, partnering with marketing and revenue leaders to improve sales velocity, preparing and delivering sales trainings, and conducting competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities and gaps.
