  • Establish and uphold a high standard for customer-facing content, ensuring it is enterprise-grade, consistent with brand guidelines, and differentiated in the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue leadership to identify and prioritize sales enablement requirements, refine go-to-market playbooks, and pinpoint areas for improvement in sales efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct sales training sessions, both live and recorded, on a range of relevant topics.
