Requirements

Candidates must have experience with enterprise SaaS products, Figma, design systems, creating and designing for user personas, and end-to-end user experience processes including user research, user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping. A talent for making multi-step user tasks easy to navigate and complex data easy to use, along with strong use of design artifacts to effectively build alignment and communicate ideas, is also required. Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry, community-building or education, designing for multiple platforms, and engineering frameworks like Web Components, React, or Ember is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer III will collaborate with product managers, engineers, design architects, designers, and producers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. They will build cross-team consensus to solve complex problems, partner with product management and engineering to execute projects, and scope project work while understanding tradeoffs between short-term delivery and long-term product goals. The role involves championing design thinking to deliver end-to-end design solutions, promoting the use of the design system for product consistency, and producing high-quality creative solutions based on research and goals. Responsibilities include creating clear user flows, specs, and prototypes, using storytelling to highlight user needs, organizing content, expanding existing components with a focus on user goals, usability, and accessibility, and promoting a culture of collaboration. The designer will also provide input to team members through work reviews and technical guidance, develop knowledge of CrowdStrike features and services to drive consistency, and lead ideation activities to help define scope.
