Requirements

Outstanding UI, UX, and visual design craft with attention to detail, a systems thinking mindset for scaling impact, and the ability to balance business goals, team processes, and user needs are essential. Candidates must also be able to distill complex problems into simple solutions and communicate them effectively, and be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Designer will own and lead the Design System, focusing on improving its foundation and introducing new components, patterns, and tools. Responsibilities include scaling quality, usability, consistency, and accessibility across products by collaborating with designers, engineers, content designers, researchers, and leadership. The role involves conducting user research to test usability and iterate on feedback, building internal tools and processes like Figma libraries and templates, and championing product excellence by coaching teams on best practices and participating in design critiques. A key aspect is advocating for accessibility and inclusion through the Design System to ensure product accessibility for diverse users.
