Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and ideally have 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer. Strong skills in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design are essential, along with proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. Responsibilities

As a Product Designer at Atticus, you will design and ship user flows and experiences across various product areas, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will also own and continuously improve these experiences through data analysis, user research, and testing. Furthermore, you will conduct research to deeply understand clients and lawyers, collaborate with fellow designers and engineers to develop scalable systems, and provide and seek feedback from stakeholders to foster a strong design culture.
