As a UX Researcher, you will be instrumental in uncovering user insights and translating them into actionable product specifications. You will lead qualitative and quantitative data gathering, conduct usability testing, and identify pain points and opportunities throughout the customer journey. This role also involves owning parts of the product design process, collaborating with engineering and product teams to develop user flows, wireframes, and feature requirements. You will work closely with internal teams (product managers, designers, engineers, customer support) and external stakeholders (veterinary professionals, pet owners), directly influencing the user experience of a platform trusted by thousands.
This is more than just a research position; it's an opportunity to shape product strategy, design user-centered experiences, and build tools that enhance the efficiency of clinics and the well-being of pet parents.
We are a dynamic team tackling significant challenges in an industry embracing technological advancement. Our platform supports the daily operations of veterinary clinics, from medical records to online purchasing. Our mission extends beyond software; we aim to create a more efficient ecosystem for veterinary care.
As a UX Researcher, you will be deeply integrated with product and engineering teams, ensuring user insights consistently inform decision-making. Your contributions will be vital in defining both the 'what' and the 'how' of our product development.
