Responsibilities

  • Build a process excellence capability across Wisr, focusing on competitor positioning, customer outcomes, and financial imperatives
  • Evaluate and analyse existing loan origination and customer service practices, workflows, and policy settings to identify and deliver optimisation opportunities
  • Identify and leverage technology, new data sources, automation, and digital tools to drive efficiency across lending processes
  • Apply proven process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and optimise resources
  • Design, lead, and implement process uplift, policy change, automation, and digitisation programmes aligned with objectives
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and continued improvement of detailed process documentation, workflows, and SOPs
  • Develop, track, and report on key metrics tied to financial, risk, and customer objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Wisr to ensure process improvements are understood, adopted, embedded, and deliver measurable business value
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring teams, sharing best practices, and market insights
  • Collaborate with the COO to translate emerging opportunities and operational challenges into actionable strategic initiatives
