Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify, initiate and manage strategic partnerships with private healthcare providers and ecosystem players that are aligned with the overall business goals for the Lilly Poland portfolio in the private health space
  • Co-create value-driven offerings with partners that may include patient support programs, digital health integration and outcomes-based initiatives
  • Lead commercial decisions, build and manage long-term relationships with B2B partners and work closely with legal, finance, compliance & PRA (Pricing, Reimbursement, Access)
  • Support marketing teams with insights and training on private healthcare dynamics to enable development and delivery of effective tactics and integrated solutions
  • Analyze private sector healthcare trends, competitor activities, and unmet needs to identify growth opportunities in the private ecosystem space
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and medical
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal stakeholders regarding private health strategy for the BUs
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of private health initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement based on feedback, data, and market trends
