  • Acts as the voice of the customer by partnering internally with sales and product teams to propose changes in solutions that increase efficiency or adoption.
  • Owns the end-to-end technical integration consulting processes, engaging other experts within Sabre as needed.
  • Provides support on structuring Web-Service payloads in XML format during the integration phase for new customers.
  • Advocates for the customer in resolving complex technical issues affecting Sabre product implementation, operation, and utilization.
  • Proactively consults customers on best practices to leverage the benefits of Sabre solutions.
