Requirements

Expert understanding of applications, customer needs, behaviors, and architected solutions to streamline product development and ensure product quality
Ability to lead programs with significant novelty and integration across disciplines and team members
Demonstrated portfolio-centric approach to developing programs incorporated into platform strategies
Skills in planning product development work, including capturing requirements, designing solutions, defining behaviors, investigating issues, evaluating trade-offs, and validating output
Ability to organize and manage work, prioritize tasks by distinguishing urgent from important, and assess cost/benefit trade-offs
Serves as subject matter expert on designated systems, behaviors, implementation trade-offs, customer needs, clinical applications, and applicable technologies

Responsibilities

Deliver entire programs or complex, significant portions of programs with some level of novelty
Organize and manage work, investigate issues, define behaviors, lead others in executing work, apply expertise, and validate designs and products for systems
Ensure logical and systematic conversion of customer requirements and performance requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
Primarily support one key major program, while advising on multiple efforts
Lead programs exercising significant novelty and integration across various disciplines and team members
Plan and execute department strategy to deliver responsibilities: gather information, frame problems, devise/execute plans, track progress, adjust/measure success to improve development efforts and organization
Develop and apply expert understanding of designated systems and serve as SME for development team
Participate in broad cross-functional reviews of work output
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, platform architects, and other leaders to drive work to completion
