Responsibilities

Own intake → roadmap → launch. Stand up and continuously improve the governance, artifacts, and stage gates that move ideas into prioritized roadmap work and through delivery
Run the operating cadence. Lead the weekly Critical Project Review (CPR); maintain executive-ready dashboards in Jira/Confluence; surface risks, decisions, and tradeoffs early
Deliver cross functional programs. Orchestrate planning, dependency management, and execution across product, engineering, design, clinical, and operations through launch and post-launch
Harden reliability & compliance. Partner with SRE, Security, and Compliance on SLOs/SLAs, change management, release gates, HIPAA/SOC 2 controls, and incident/postmortems
Standardize practices. Jira/Confluence for programs; implement templates, fields, workflows, and documentation that scale
Measure impact. Define KPIs and tie outcomes to member/provider experience and business goals; run post-launch reviews and drive follow-ups
