Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain, procurement, logistics, or engineering. A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, preferably in a supply chain role, is required. Additionally, candidates need 5+ years of leadership experience and proven experience with planning processes including demand management, forecasting tools, manufacturing orders, and bills of materials.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Supply Chain will lead site-wide supply chain, warehousing, and logistics operations, including planning, procurement, customer service, and SAP master data management. Responsibilities include translating forecasts into optimized production plans, managing inventory and risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing team capabilities. The role involves leading materials and production planning, overseeing supply chain meetings, owning site-wide planning processes, developing planning tools, and ensuring master data governance. This position also requires serving as the primary liaison with the Global Supply Chain organization, managing buying/planning processes and safety stock strategies, defining and tracking KPIs, partnering with procurement, and collaborating with the site lead team. During the startup phase, the role will focus on building organizational capability, implementing systems and processes, supporting regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the project team for facility handoff.
