The Transformation Consultant will serve as the primary executive point-of-contact for clients, guiding them in defining their ServiceNow strategy to align with digital transformation objectives. This involves understanding customer requirements, collaborating with internal ServiceNow teams to drive high-value impact, and defining technical and functional solutions aligned with client business problems and ServiceNow best practices. The consultant will also act as a liaison between the client and ServiceNow, manage client executives and stakeholders, monitor progress against roadmaps, mitigate blockers, and nurture trusted advisory relationships.
