Responsibilities

The Principal Platform Architect will act as an expert across assigned contracts, providing architectural guidance, technical governance, and best practices for ServiceNow's largest and most strategic accounts. They will build strong relationships with customer technical and business leaders to align ServiceNow solutions with business strategy, and collaborate with GTM, Delivery, and joint teams to bridge the gap between sales, solutioning, and execution. The role involves contributing to leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform, and providing input to the ServiceNow product strategy team to steer the product roadmap. Responsibilities also include helping customers establish a solid technical foundation in the ServiceNow platform, design solutions to drive business outcomes through adoption, and guide teams to deliver solutions on a technical architecture designed for long-term success.
