Candidates should possess 10+ years of technology leadership experience with a proven track record of developing and executing IT roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes for large enterprises, along with extensive experience in the pre-sales motion with fortune 500 organizations and navigating complex sales cycles. They should have expertise in assessing and modernizing enterprise data architectures, including legacy warehouses and on-premises hardware, and articulating Snowflake’s value. Proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle Cloud), data platforms, and multi-cloud strategies, along with familiarity with Snowflake capabilities, is required.
The Principal Enterprise Architect will develop a repeatable customer transformation framework tailored for US Majors Acquisition accounts, defining clear stages with actionable KPIs, capabilities, and outcomes. They will collaborate remotely with product and engineering teams, increase customer engagement by leading strategic engagements with C-level IT executives, architect solutions addressing pain points like siloed data and high CAPEX cycles, socialize the framework internally across US Majors Acquisition sales, and provide lightweight mentoring to align teams. Additionally, they will collaborate with marketing to develop collateral that differentiates Snowflake’s approach and travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
