Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries, familiarity with cloud-based data environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and experience managing campaign activation prioritization and capacity are also necessary. Strong communication skills, proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, and experience managing and mentoring data analysts or campaign audience builders are essential.
The Director, Marketing Data Analysis will lead the enterprise marketing analytics function, providing strategic guidance, performance measurement, and actionable insights across campaigns, channels, and member journeys. This role involves partnering with marketing, product, and data teams to align analytics with business goals and member needs. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring teams for data analysis, rapid prototyping, and audience selection, fostering a culture of innovation, and setting clear performance goals. The role also oversees the rapid prototyping of data products, guides audience selection within Adobe Experience Platform, and collaborates with various teams to refine segmentation strategies. Additionally, the Director will translate business requirements into data prototypes, ensure alignment between data sources and consumers, and guide the evolution of prototype data into hardened, scalable data products.
