Position Overview
Polly is seeking a strategic leader with 10+ years of software implementation experience to lead enterprise and strategic customer implementations. This role involves navigating ambiguity and complexity, advising executives on change management and workflow transformation, and driving long-term adoption strategies. You will be instrumental in shaping the product roadmap, establishing scalable frameworks, and mentoring other Implementation Consultants.

What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise and strategic customer implementations, confidently navigating ambiguity and complexity.
- Serve as the implementation lead on critical customer accounts, advising executives on change management, workflow transformation, and long-term adoption strategies.
- Drive internal process improvements and establish best practices for implementation methodology, customer onboarding, and risk management.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to shape the product roadmap based on customer onboarding trends and feedback.
- Establish scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tools to elevate team performance and enhance operational efficiency.
- Represent Implementation in cross-functional working groups and act as a subject matter expert in customer onboarding strategy.
- Lead and mentor other Implementation Consultants, providing guidance on project delivery, customer communication, and strategic thinking.
- Contribute to hiring, training, and onboarding efforts to help grow the team.
What You Have
- 10+ years of experience in software implementation, with a strong background leading complex, multi-phase rollouts.
- Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and align customer needs with business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of implementation frameworks, change management, mortgage software/systems, and scalable delivery models.
- Experience influencing internal roadmaps and driving cross-functional outcomes.
- Ability to build tools and processes that elevate team performance and increase delivery efficiency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring, training, and thought leadership.
