Responsibilities
The Senior Implementations Consultant will serve as the primary technical lead for enterprise clients, managing complex implementation projects and architecting Flatfile integrations within their ecosystems. Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert in API-driven workflows, troubleshooting integration challenges, and guiding clients through deployment best practices to accelerate their time-to-value. This role involves partnering with Program Management for end-to-end implementation, conducting discovery sessions, translating business needs into technical specifications, developing custom solutions using Flatfile's APIs and SDKs, and writing code for customization. Additionally, the consultant will create technical documentation, collaborate with product and engineering teams, provide technical training and support, mitigate implementation risks, and contribute to improving implementation methodologies.
