Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in an operations role within a fast-paced startup, high-growth tech company, or other complex, high-performance organization. Proven experience managing and developing a team of individual contributors is required, along with strong data fluency, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset. Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills are also necessary, with preferred experience in healthcare data sets, common data exchange tools and protocols, and proficiency with SQL and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

The Head of Data Implementations & Operations will lead, mentor, and grow a team responsible for end-to-end data feed implementation and maintenance from carriers and other systems. They will develop and scale operational processes for data and network configuration, acting as a senior leader and escalation point for the data implementations function. This role involves collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive strategic projects and improve tooling, serving as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting data file issues and overseeing provider network configurations, and holding the team accountable to high standards of operational excellence.
