The Principal Customer Success Executive will be accountable for the strategic leadership and execution of post-sales activities within key accounts, driving customer success and predictable renewals. Responsibilities include partnering with C-level executives, guiding business transformation, fostering collaboration with internal teams and partners, aligning ServiceNow's offerings to customer goals, mitigating risks, and driving value realization. The role also involves guiding the Customer Success team to meet KPIs such as adoption, technical health, renewals, customer satisfaction, and expansion, while aligning customer roadmaps and driving new revenue opportunities. Additionally, the executive will build relationships with ServiceNow leaders, incorporate customer feedback for continuous improvement, advocate for innovative solutions, and establish clear, measurable success metrics with customers.
