Responsibilities

  • Serve as single point of contact across PDx MI businesses and thought leader for strategic development and delivery of compensation plans and programs using a data-driven lens
  • Build analysis and evaluation of existing programs to determine effectiveness and ROI
  • Develop proposals to evolve plans and programs to meet changing business dynamics
  • Create insights to enable manager/leader performance assessment and coaching
  • Build best-in-class practices partnering with finance and HR around policy, compliance, issue management, and resolution
  • Create consistent compensation reporting and analytics cadence, including automation for accurate payouts, executive insights, and performance against budget and targets
  • Design thought leadership through data-driven analysis for design proposals aligning with business conditions/outcomes
  • Conduct financial impact analysis of structured programs
  • Structure plan mechanics, pay curves, and nuances to manage business outcomes and ROI
  • Collaborate with sales to strategize and align on short-term SPIF program structures for key business outcomes
  • Partner with HR to review and manage market competitiveness
  • Create framework and approach to consistently review existing plans/programs and their effectiveness toward business outcomes
  • Leverage insights to drive recommendations for future state design cycles
  • Support sales team enablement through clear understanding of performance drivers
