Responsibilities

The Business Operations Principal will partner with the Head of Pro to drive operational clarity, cross-functional execution, and continuous improvement across Spot Trading, Margin, Derivatives, and Exchange & Infrastructure. Responsibilities include building operating rhythms, reviews, and forums to align the Pro organization, leading and delivering critical cross-functional projects, and supporting leadership decision-making by framing issues, tracking KPIs, and identifying risks. The role involves maintaining systems for reporting, business reviews, and roadmap coordination, partnering with leadership to scope and launch new initiatives, contributing to high-impact communication materials, acting as the first line of intake for requests, and identifying and proposing improvements to operational bottlenecks to enhance team scalability and efficiency.
