Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial strategy consulting, preferably within the life sciences industry. Demonstrated experience in building and leading consulting practices is essential, alongside strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in the Japanese market and APAC region is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Business Consultant, you will be responsible for leading business development activities, identifying and generating new project opportunities, and developing compelling proposals to address customer needs. You will also lead the recruiting and mentoring of staff within the consulting organization, build relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels, and leverage your network to expand the business and establish new connections. Furthermore, you will assist in identifying the source of business issues faced by customers and developing a structured approach to deliver solutions collaboratively.
