Responsibilities

The Principal Analyst will architect and own the marketing measurement stack, including multi-touch attribution, MMM, and Bayesian approaches to incrementality testing. They will translate complex analytical findings into executive-ready presentations with actionable recommendations. The role involves partnering with marketing teams to design and run statistically rigorous experiments, building cohorting and churn risk models for CRM strategy, and adapting frameworks for privacy-resilient measurement. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with Engineering, Data, and MarTech teams to ensure reliable data flows and mentor junior data analysts to build team capabilities.
