Responsibilities

The Enterprise Architect will build credibility and trust with enterprise customers by developing cross-functional strategies and solutions. Responsibilities include engaging with customers and partners to uncover pain points, designing solutions that align ServiceNow capabilities with customer initiatives, shaping and communicating a compelling vision for the ServiceNow platform, and delivering customer advisory deliverables such as strategy alignment, architecture roadmaps, and operating models. The role also involves fostering strategic communication, collaborating internally to integrate customer requirements, and leading thought leadership through representation at industry events.
