Requirements

Candidates must have 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 10 years of proven success in influencing senior technology leaders in a pre-sales, customer, or delivery-focused role. Experience with Enterprise Architecture or Application Architecture pre-sales in a software vendor or professional services environment is required, along with experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes. Strong executive engagement skills and an inspirational mindset are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Architect will build credibility and trust with technical leaders at large customers by developing cross-functional strategies and solutions. They will act as a business and technical leader, creating and communicating high-level architectures and strategies that leverage best practices and industry standards. Responsibilities include engaging with customer executives to identify pain points, leading architecture and design engagements, understanding customer business strategies, and articulating how ServiceNow enables value. The role involves interacting at multiple levels within customer accounts, providing thought leadership, and collaborating with internal business units to create best practices and reference architectures.
