As the Preclarus Sr Customer Service Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a crucial role in supporting the users of Preclarus Products. The products are making use of BI tools, like Spotfire, Metric Insights or PowerBI. You will act as a liason to the development team, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service role.
  • Experience with BI solutions, e.g. Spotfire, Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and SQL.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Uses judgment to resolve issues or to deliver outcomes.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Requires a solid understanding of technical, operative or administrative methods.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • This role is remote enabled office-based.
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment and multitask effectively.
