Yes, this is a fully remote working role with no office requirements.
The role requires working EST hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm EST, which is 15h00 to 24h00 South African time (subject to change with daylight savings). You must also work on both South African and US public holidays, with compensation for SA public holidays per the BCEA.
Key requirements include strong attention to detail for maintaining accuracy across large datasets, strong organizational skills to manage multiple facilities, and comfort working with electronic systems while learning new programs quickly. Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or healthcare is preferred but not required.
A fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds supporting wired Ethernet is mandatory, along with a reliable power backup solution for load shedding. Applicants without these cannot be considered.
Candidates with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to quickly learn new systems will stand out, especially those who can ensure accuracy while handling data for multiple nursing home facilities.
