Ability to complete critical data entry with exceptional accuracy
Experience processing and monitoring care management program authorizations, reauthorizations, and disenrollments
Ability to proactively track approvals and status updates
Ability to maintain daily management of fax and voicemail queues
Ability to support process improvement projects
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Care Operations and Compliance teams

Responsibilities

Own key operational support initiatives that directly impact patient care delivery and health plan compliance
Complete critical data entry from internal care systems into health plan portals, trackers, and databases
Process and monitor care management program authorizations, reauthorizations, and disenrollments
Proactively track approvals and status updates and communicate timely updates to the care team
Maintain daily management of fax and voicemail queues
Support process improvement projects related to enrollment, documentation, and compliance auditing
Collaborate cross-functionally with Care Operations and Compliance teams to ensure data integrity and timely submission of author
