Requirements

Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product/Growth Marketing with direct exposure to Product-Led Growth (PLG). Proven expertise in onboarding flows, lifecycle campaigns, and self-serve funnels is required, along with a strong background in persona mapping, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Experience in optimizing trial-to-paid conversion rates and product adoption journeys is necessary. Proficiency with tools like Mixpanel, Pendo, UserPilot, Intercom, HubSpot, WebEngage, MoEngage, and Storylane is expected. A basic technical understanding of APIs, integrations, webhooks, and JSON is needed for effective collaboration with Product & Engineering. Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills, strong cross-functional collaboration abilities, and an analytical, data-driven mindset with comfort in rapid experimentation are essential. A high ownership mindset and the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end are also required.

The Product Marketing Manager will define the PLG adoption strategy by mapping user journeys, identifying friction points, and establishing success metrics. They will segment Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas, tailoring messaging to their needs. The role involves planning and executing lifecycle campaigns for onboarding, trial upgrades, renewals, and in-app engagement using various marketing automation tools. Drafting persona-driven landing pages and demo messaging, managing analytics and dashboards by defining event taxonomy and monitoring performance, and overseeing the PLG tool stack are key duties.
