Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Analysis & Optimization: Deeply analyze sales pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, conversion rate issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement standardized pipeline processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Forecasting Accuracy: Work with sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy by implementing data-driven methodologies and providing insights into pipeline trends.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales enablement to create training materials and resources for sales reps.
  • Technology & Tools: Leverage sales technology (e.g., Salesforce, sales intelligence tools) to automate pipeline management and provide actionable insights.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain key pipeline metrics and dashboards to track performance and identify trends.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and sales leadership to align pipeline strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, pipeline management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, including reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation.
