Proficiency in Salesforce.com, including reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation, is also required.
As the Pipeline Operations Manager, you will analyze sales pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and conversion rate issues, develop and implement standardized pipeline processes, improve forecasting accuracy by implementing data-driven methodologies, partner with sales enablement to create training materials, leverage sales technology to automate tasks and improve data quality, develop key pipeline metrics and dashboards, and collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and sales leadership to align pipeline strategies with business objectives.
