The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team’s tech stack through administration, troubleshooting, and optimization, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and make data-driven recommendations. They will maintain and monitor Salesforce dashboards and Google Sheets to track sales health, analyze performance data, and support ad hoc reporting requests. Additionally, the role involves partnering with Salesforce admins and Sales Leadership to optimize Salesforce processes, manage Sales Territories using GeoPointe, create and maintain process documentation, and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience Operators on cross-functional initiatives, ensuring appropriate approval rules are followed.
