Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Ops roles, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS companies. They should possess a deep understanding of GTM funnels, SaaS sales motions, and strong technical proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot, with bonus points for Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. An analytical mindset with a bias for action and exceptional communication skills are also required.
The Revenue Operations Manager will improve and scale revenue processes, create and maintain dashboards to monitor pipeline health, build visibility and drive data-backed insights, partner across GTM and Support strategic planning, own and optimize GTM systems & tools, and enable operational excellence by leading performance reviews and creating playbooks. They will also translate insights into business action and serve as the go-to resource for cross-functional execution and reporting.
