This is a 100% remote work-from-home position.
Pharmacy Technician experience and call center experience are required (3+ years preferred), along with a High School Diploma or equivalent and HIPAA certification. Experience in medical claim processing and bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
The position requires 40 hours per week with available shifts: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm ET, or 11:00 am EST – 8:00pm EST.
Candidates with 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician and call center experience, HIPAA certification, and additional skills like medical claim processing or bi-lingual English/Spanish abilities will stand out.
