Candidates must possess a resident state Pharmacy Technician License or National Pharmacy Technician Certification, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Required qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills, applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service, or call center processes, high-speed hardwired internet (minimum 20Mbps), and a designated, lockable workspace. Flexibility to work any hours between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm EST, including holidays, weekends, and overtime, is necessary. Attendance is critical, with no time off permitted during the 180-day appraisal period, except for Humana-observed holidays.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician Representative 2 supports pharmacists and patients by executing programs aimed at improving health outcomes, focusing on prescription drugs and medication therapy. This role involves assisting in driving prescription drug optimization for patients with multiple medications and promoting health awareness through Rx Education and quarterly campaigns. The representative will make outbound and take inbound calls, communicate with Humana members, collect medication history, and prepare members for comprehensive medication reviews.
