Proactively offer and deliver immunizations and support technicians in learning to immunize
Manage pharmacy inventory, focusing on best practices and cold chain protection
Conduct onboarding and training for new technicians and pharmacists on CVS workflow, ensuring timely completion
Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and escalate issues as needed
Partner with Store Manager to maintain talent pipeline of cross-trained colleagues
Oversee Staff Pharmacists and District Support Pharmacists, manage performance through observation, feedback, reviews, and gap closure
