Responsibilities
The Pharmacy Manager will lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care by promoting best practices and identifying/addressing performance opportunities. Responsibilities include overseeing safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, contributing to positive patient experiences through empathetic care, proactively offering immunizations, managing pharmacy inventory, conducting new technician and pharmacist onboarding, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and partnering with the Store Manager to maintain a healthy talent pipeline. The manager will also oversee staff pharmacists and manage performance through direct observation and feedback, delivering annual performance reviews.
