Responsibilities

The Pharma IDN Director will develop and execute integrated sales strategies and growth plans within assigned IDNs, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise IDN team and Field Sales Organization. They will be responsible for strategic account portfolio development, disciplined pipeline management, and achieving results in a matrixed environment. The role involves fostering positive customer experiences, creating value, retaining customers, and driving growth, while collaborating with marketing, clinical, operations, finance, and legal teams to meet Baxter and customer goals. Furthermore, the Director will develop strategic account plans, conduct customer-centric quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and maintain relationships with key accounts and industry associations.
