Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Shared Services, preferably within a global shared services environment. Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is required, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential. The ability to build relationships proactively and resourcefully is also needed. Fluency in English is mandatory, and fluency in Korean is preferred. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity enhancement is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

The People Services Specialist will provide comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries in the APJ region. Responsibilities include managing onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions, maintaining accurate employee records in compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and handling statutory reporting. The specialist will also maintain and update employee information in HR systems, support employees with benefits enrollment, and collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to implement HR initiatives.
