Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD, along with strong knowledge of HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and the Employee Center, and experience with ServiceNow integrations including APIs, MID Server, and third-party HR systems. A solid understanding of security and compliance in HR service delivery is also required, alongside the ability to troubleshoot and optimize HRSD workflows, and experience working with Nuvolo FSM or similar field service management tools.

Responsibilities

The ServiceNow HRSD Consultant will work with HR stakeholders to optimize HRSD workflows, case management, and lifecycle events, improve the Employee Center portal for enhanced self-service capabilities, automate HR processes, approvals, and notifications using ServiceNow, configure HRSD modules and align them with OOB best practices, ensure compliance and security of HRSD implementations including role-based access control (RBAC), support ServiceNow integrations with HR platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP, assist with testing, UAT, and deployment of HRSD enhancements, develop documentation and training materials for HR teams, and collaborate on Nuvolo FSM implementation efforts to support HR service and facilities-related workflows, providing insight on Nuvolo best practices for integrating FSM with HRSD and ITSM solutions.
