Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant and progressive project management experience and the ability to report to a Snowflake office (Menlo Park, Bellevue, or NYC) 3+ days per week. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with Human Resources Business Acumen, familiarity with project management and change management concepts, and proficiency in computer applications like Google Suite. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven experience managing multiple large programs/projects, and experience managing confidential information are also necessary. PMP or CAPM certification, experience with HR software integrations (Workday, ServiceNow), experience with M&A or International Expansion projects, and experience at a fast-paced tech company are ideal.
The People Program Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and scope. This role will oversee all aspects of People Team related business and systems projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and reporting on project status. Responsibilities include collaborating with departments, taking projects from concept to implementation, defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility, managing resource availability and allocation, reporting and escalating risks, creating and maintaining project documentation, ensuring adherence to internal project management methodology, and developing detailed project execution plans. This includes managing implementation processes, resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, security review, and on-time delivery. Employees are expected to follow company confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data and abide by the company's data security plan.
