Candidates must have over 10 years of project management experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology, and experience with large enterprise accounts and global partners. Project and service certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are required, along with documented API/SDK understanding and experience. The ideal candidate will possess proven ability to understand complex technical issues, review both technical and business aspects of projects, and demonstrate executive presence with strong communication, programmatic, and project management skills. Familiarity with UCaaS, Video conferencing, and Unified communication solutions is also necessary.
The Global Program Manager will discover, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with select enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, focusing on customer success at an executive level. This role will act as the primary point of contact for all Service and Support related activities, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, and Zoom's success throughout the complete service and support lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining project scope, coordination, and objectives, developing and managing project deliverables, negotiating timelines and scope with stakeholders, and providing executive-level updates. The role involves monitoring customer health and project progress, utilizing industry best practices, measuring project performance, partitioning complex projects, and partnering with various internal teams to ensure consistent customer support. Additionally, the Global Program Manager will provide customer feedback to relevant Zoom areas, collaborate on product and operational process improvements, develop success metrics, and manage change management systems and processes.
