Responsibilities

Own the onboarding experience end-to-end, from offer acceptance to first day and beyond, making it seamless, welcoming, and memorable
Support and shape the employee life cycle through onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance, thoughtfulness, and consistency
Support payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication
Partner with managers and employees to answer questions, resolve issues, and surface opportunities to improve employee experience
Implement process improvements across People systems (Rippling core), reducing manual work and increasing reliability
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in Rippling and related systems
Support performance, engagement, and total rewards programs
