Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding experience end-to-end, from offer acceptance to first day and beyond, making it seamless, welcoming, and memorable
  • Support and shape the employee life cycle through onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance, thoughtfulness, and consistency
  • Support payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication
  • Partner with managers and employees to answer questions, resolve issues, and surface opportunities to improve employee experience
  • Implement process improvements across People systems (Rippling core), reducing manual work and increasing reliability
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in Rippling and related systems
  • Support performance, engagement, and total rewards programs
