The People Operations Specialist will support the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and transitions. This role involves planning and executing company and team events, drafting and distributing internal communications like newsletters, and managing HR systems and records for data accuracy. Responsibilities also include administrative tasks such as I-9 verification, benefit administration, and generating employment verification letters, as well as optimizing People Operations workflows using AI and other tools.
