Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for entry-level to intermediate positions, including intake calls, sourcing, screening, interview management, and offer presentations
- Own the culture calendar; create, implement, and organize in-person and virtual team events to enhance relationships and employee experience
- Maintain HR systems (e.g., Rippling & Lattice), ensuring accurate employee records and data entry
- Deliver outstanding onboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and ongoing support
- Maintain office inventory, equipment, and supplies; manage purchases and repairs
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance across locations
- Supervise reception areas (mail, deliveries, shipments, guests); serve as main point of contact for building management, security, and facility issues
